Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 150 g butter
  • 75 ml maple syrup
  • 50 g cane suar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 50 grams flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 125 g oatmeal
  • 1 pinch cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and nutmeg

For covering:

  • 700 g apples, small ones
  • 25 g almond (s), flakes
  • 25 g butter, in flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the maple syrup and raw sugar until frothy and stir in the eggs one by one.
  2. Sift in the flour with baking powder, add the oat flakes and spices and stir in.
  3. Spread the dough into a greased pie tin.
  4. Peel, quarter and core the apples and score the round side several times lengthways.
  5. Place a ring on the dough, press in very lightly and sprinkle with flaked almonds and butter flakes.
  6. Bake at 200 ° C for about 45-55 minutes.
