Ingredients
For the dough:
- 150 g butter
- 75 ml maple syrup
- 50 g cane suar
- 3 egg (s)
- 50 grams flour
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 125 g oatmeal
- 1 pinch cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and nutmeg
For covering:
- 700 g apples, small ones
- 25 g almond (s), flakes
- 25 g butter, in flakes

- Mix the butter with the maple syrup and raw sugar until frothy and stir in the eggs one by one.
- Sift in the flour with baking powder, add the oat flakes and spices and stir in.
- Spread the dough into a greased pie tin.
- Peel, quarter and core the apples and score the round side several times lengthways.
- Place a ring on the dough, press in very lightly and sprinkle with flaked almonds and butter flakes.
- Bake at 200 ° C for about 45-55 minutes.
