Canape with Ham and Cheese

Canapes are perfect for a quick snack. Such an appetizer can always be prepared and served in 5-10 minutes without making your guests wait. This recipe for ham, pickled cucumbers, and cheese canapes is one of the easiest.

• Ham – 150 g
• Hard cheese – 100 g
• Pickled cucumbers – 1-2 pcs.
• Fresh spinach – 2-3 leaves

Instructions

1. Cut each rye bread slice diagonally twice to create 4 triangles from each slice.
2. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on each bread triangle.
3. Cut the ham into triangles matching the bread size and place one triangle on top of each mayonnaise-coated bread piece.
4. Cut the pickled cucumbers diagonally into thin circles and place one circle on top of each ham piece.
5. Cut the hard cheese into triangles matching the bread size and place one triangle on top of each cucumber circle.
6. Rinse the spinach leaves thoroughly, pat dry, and cut into thin strips.
7. Insert a small skewer through the edges of each spinach strip to form a sail shape, then insert the skewer into the center of each assembled canapé.
8. Serve immediately.
