Cook: 15 mins
Servings: 9
Ingredients
Lightly salted herring fillet – 180 g
Boiled eggs – 5 pcs.
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
Red caviar – 50 g
Ground black pepper – to taste
Black bread – 200 g
Parsley for garnish
Directions
Boil the eggs for about 8 minutes, hard-boiled, cool, peel, and remove the yolks. Combine herring fillet with half a portion, mayonnaise, grind to a pasty mass. Pepper, mix.
Divide black bread into thin slices, cut off the crusts. We plant the yolk-herring mixture on the bread (or just spread it).
We supplement with red caviar. Press the herring fillets with slices, decorate with fresh herbs. All!
We serve canapes with herring to the table. Bon Appetit!
