Instructions

  2. Cut the herring fillet into thin strips.
  3. Peel the kiwi and cut into thin slices to match the size of your bread slices.
  4. Spread butter on each bread slice.
  5. Layer a kiwi slice and herring strips on each buttered bread slice. Garnish with fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or mint) and serve.
