  • Parsley greens - 14 leaves

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients you need to make the sprat canapés.
  2. Cut the bread into 1-1.5 cm thick slices. Bread slices for canapes are the size of a matchbox.
  3. Peel the onion from the top layer and cut into thin slices approximately 0.1 cm thick.
  4. Cut the tomato into thin slices 0.2 cm thick.
  5. Peel and grate the garlic.
  6. Mix the grated garlic with mayonnaise.
