Ingredients

  • Pitted olives – 8 pcs.
  • Bryndza – 200 g
  • Tomatoes (small) – 4 pcs.
  • Cucumbers – 1-2 pcs.
  • Leaf salad – 3 pcs.

Directions

  1. Rinse the tomatoes, cut out the stalk and cut in half or into quarters if the fruit is large. Rinse the cucumber in water, cut into half rings. Cut the cheese into cubes or rectangles.
  2. On a skewer, string a pitted olive, a piece of lettuce, and a half or quarter of a tomato.
    Then a rectangle of cheese and a slice of cucumber.
  3. Create the rest of the vegetable cheese canapes in the same way. If the cheese is salty, then you do not need to salt the dish and vice versa, if the cheese is lightly salted, then lightly salt the vegetables.
  4. Place the vegetable and cheese canapés on a plate or platter and serve. It is noteworthy that such an appetizer is easy and simple to create even during a feast if it was not enough for everyone.
