  • 2 cloves garlic, (thinly sliced)
  • 4 egg (s)

  • pepper
  • some olive oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk the egg with pepper and salt, fold in the garlic slices. Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture so that the slices are covered on all sides. Fry the bread slices in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot.
