Candied Cottage Cheese Cookies

Here is a recipe for making cottage cheese cookies with candied fruits. Delicious, melting in the mouth and very aromatic. I think you will like such a treat, and your household and children will be delighted!

Ingredients

  • Curd – 400 Grams
  • Butter – 120 Grams
  • Flour – 300 Grams
  • Sugar – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Candied fruits – 130 grams

Directions

  1. Mix separately all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder and candied fruit. Chop any candied fruit to your taste in advance with knives. Separately, grind soft cottage cheese with melted soft butter. Then we combine these mixtures.
  2. Here is about the same mass.
  3. Next, roll the dough into two large rollers, cut each of them into round pieces like sausage. We bake them at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
