  • 4 flowers roses (rose heads), unsprayed
  • 2 egg (s), including the egg white

Instructions

  1. Wash the rose heads carefully. Pat dry with kitchen paper and set aside. Beat the egg white a little with a fork, but not until it turns white! Now brush the rose heads with the egg white with a pastry brush and sprinkle thickly with sugar, even better * dip * in sugar. Now place the roses on a baking sheet, ideally with baking paper, and then * dry * in the oven for 1 hour at 50 degrees.
  2. You can decorate a cake with the roses or use it to decorate desserts and the great thing is, you can actually eat them.
