Simple and tasty food – canned beans with onions, eggs, spices, and fresh herbs. The dish is prepared very easily, quickly, and turns out to be very satisfying.

Ingredients
Canned beans – 1 can (400 g)
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Bulb onions – 1 pc. (100 g)
Garlic – 1-2 cloves
Fresh cilantro – 2-3 branches
Fresh parsley – 2-3 sprigs
Fresh dill – 2-3 branches
Dried thyme – 1/2 teaspoon
Ground coriander – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Vegetable oil (for frying) – 2-3 tbsp
Directions
Peel the onion, wash and cut into small cubes.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the onions, stirring occasionally, for about 2-3 minutes, until transparent.
Add canned beans to the pan along with the sauce. Mix. Peel the garlic, pass through a press and also send to the pan. Add thyme, coriander, salt, and ground pepper. Stir occasionally and cook over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
Combine egg and salt in a separate bowl. Shake with a fork until smooth.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Reduce heat to low.
Rinse cilantro, parsley, and dill, dry, and chop finely with a knife. Sprinkle the omelet with beans with chopped herbs and cook for about 3-4 minutes, until the egg mixture sets completely.
