A quick salad for unexpected guests, if you have a jar of peas and canned fish in stock.

Ingredients
Canned fish – 250 g
Canned green peas – 200 g
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Bulb onions – 1 pc.
Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
Chopped parsley – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 pinch (to taste)
Pepper – on the tip of a knife (to taste)

Directions
Hard-boiled eggs. To do this, put the eggs in a saucepan, pour cold water, bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Drain the boiling water. Pour eggs over with cold water. Refrigerate.
Peel the onion, wash, chop finely.
Peel and chop the eggs.
Mash the fish with a fork.
Mix the fish with green peas, onions, eggs.
Salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise.
Mix well. The salad of canned fish and green peas is ready.
Wash greens, chop.
