Canned Peach Cupcakes

Miniature muffins are as popular as pies. These are delicious, soft, delicate pastries that will always go well with tea, coffee, milk or compote. Today we have peach muffins.

Ingredients

  • Canned Peaches – 150 Grams
  • Chicken eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Butter – 70 Grams
  • Sugar – 180 Grams
  • Milk – 130 Milliliters
  • Vanilla sugar – 5 Grams
  • Wheat flour – 150 grams
  • Baking Dough – 1 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for making muffins.
  2. Place the soft butter in a bowl.
  3. Add sugar and vanilla sugar.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, whisk butter, sugar and eggs well.
  5. Add baking powder.
  6. And pour in the milk.
  7. Add flour gradually.
  8. Stir the dough thoroughly with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
  9. Divide the dough into muffin tins. Cut canned peaches into slices and place on the dough.
  10. Bake muffins in an oven preheated to 175-180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  11. The canned peach muffins are ready. Serve with tea, coffee.
