Ingredients
Fusilli – 300 Grams (pasta, spirals)
Cherry Tomato – 200 Grams
Shallots – 1 Piece
Lemon juice – 1
Olive oil – 5 tbsp
Salt – To taste
Ground black pepper – To taste
Arugula – 10 Grams
Basil – 10-12 Pieces
Tuna – 190 Grams (canned in its own juice)
Directions
Wash and dry tomatoes, onions and herbs. Peel the onion. Throw the tuna on a sieve, let the excess liquid drain, mash with a fork.
Boil fusilli in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package. Throw in a colander.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves or quarters, the onion into thin half rings. In a deep bowl, combine the fusilli, tomatoes, and onions. Combine lemon juice, vegetable oil, season salad.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let stand for 5 minutes.
