Instructions

  1. Here is such a handsome watermelon.
  2. Wash the watermelon, cut into portions.
  3. Wash the jar with soda. Place pieces of watermelon in jars. Boil the kettle. Pour salt, sugar, citric acid and aspirin directly into the jars.

  4. Boil the seaming caps. Pour boiling water into a jar slowly. Roll up, turn over and wrap canned watermelons until they cool completely
  5. Canned watermelons are ready. These are the stocks for the winter.
