Ingredients

  • 400 g cream cheese (rainy)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 60 g cheese, rated
  • 2 tablespoon parsley (chopped or dry product)
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • 200 g cannelloni
  • 100 g cheese, rated for ratin
  • 1 packet tomato (tetrapack)

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, eggs, cheese and parsley together. Season with salt, pepper and basil.
  2. Fill the canneloni with it and place in a baking dish. Season the tomatoes from the tetra pack with salt and pepper and pour over the cannelloni.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
