Ingredients

  • some butter
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 200 g crabs
  • some flour
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 0.5 ½ pack cannelloni
  • 400 ml sauce, tomato and basil
  • 150 ml cream
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 100 g cheese, (Gouda), rated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • basil
  • oregano
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the spring onions and tomatoes into small pieces. Fry the spring onions in the butter, fry the tomatoes briefly. Wash and add the crabs. Mix some flour with the 50 ml white wine and add to the pan as well. Season everything with pepper, salt, paprika, basil, oregano, depending on your taste a little cayenne pepper and then let it cool down a bit. Then pour into the cannelloni. Place in a greased baking dish. Mix the tomato sauce with the 100 ml white wine and the cream, season a little and pour over the cannelloni. Spread the cheese over it and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
  2. It is best to use such a large baking dish that the cannelloni are not on top of each other, but distributed on the bottom so that they are completely covered by the sauce.
