Ingredients

  • 1 package cannelloni
  • 250 g reen spelled
  • 750 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg, grated

Instructions

  1. Prepare green spelled in the vegetable stock as instructed. In a pan, sauté the diced onion and finely chopped garlic in olive oil.
  2. Pour off the remaining broth and season the green spelled with the onion mixture and plenty of ketchup. Pour the mixture into the cannelloni and place them in a baking dish. The quantities are approx. 18 pieces.
  3. Make a roux from flour, margarine and milk. To do this, sweat the margarine in the pan. Stir in the flour. Pour in the milk and keep stirring. Bring to the boil and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Pour the roux over the cannelloni until the cannelloni are covered. Bake the cannelloni in a preheated oven for approx. 30 minutes at 175 ° C according to the instructions on the package.
