Ingredients

  • 250 g cannelloni
  • 400 g spinach leaves, frozen
  • 250 g ricotta
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 30 g butter
  • 30 grams flour
  • 3 tablespoon parmesan
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Melt some butter in a saucepan. Steam the flour in it a little and add the milk while stirring. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Coarsely chop the thawed and well drained spinach leaves. Now mix the spinach with the ricotta and the parmesan. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg as well. Fill the cannelloni with the spinach mixture and place in a buttered baking dish. Pour the sauce over it and sprinkle with some parmesan again. Cook the whole thing in the oven at approx. 200 ° C for just under 45 minutes. Arrange as desired.
