Ingredients

  • 500 g round beef
  • 250 g cannelloni
  • 400 g tomato (s)
  • 150 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 5 tablespoon oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano, grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sage, rubbed
  • 3 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream
  • 50 g butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onions and garlic and fry them together with the minced meat in oil until they are crumbly. Remove from heat, season with salt, pepper, herbs and tomato paste - let cool down.
  2. Mash the tomatoes, heat them with the juice and simmer in an open saucepan until some of the liquid has evaporated.
  3. Pre-cook the cannelloni if necessary.
  4. Mix half of the parmesan with the sour cream into the minced meat and pour the mixture into the cannelloni. Butter a baking dish, layer the cannelloni, pour the tomato sauce over it and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan. Put on flakes of butter.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
