Ingredients
- 1 packet Cantuccini
- Amaretto
- 400 g sour cream
- 400 g whipped cream
- 400 g fruit, mixed (frozen)
- 30 g maple syrup
- 30 grams sugar
- sugar, brown

- Spread the cantuccini flat in a dish and drizzle with the amaretto. Pour the frozen fruit mixture on top.
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold in the sour cream, sugar and maple syrup. Spread on the fruit and sprinkle with brown sugar. Let it steep in the refrigerator.
