Ingredients

  • 50 g cantuccini
  • 4 tablespoon cranberry compote
  • 2 tablespoon cranberries, dried
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 120 g natural yourt
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon amaretto
  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar

For decoration:

  • some whipped cream
  • Cantuccini
  • Pistachios
  • cinnamon
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Roughly crumble the cantuccini pastries.
  2. Mix the cranberry compote, vanilla sugar and cranberries together.
  3. Mix the mascarpone with the yogurt, sugar, amaretto liqueur and cinnamon.
  4. Layer alternately cantuccini - cranberries - mascarpone cream in glasses.
  5. Garnish with a whipped cream, cantuccini crumbs, chopped pistachios, granulated sugar and cinnamon.
