Ingredients
- 50 g cantuccini
- 4 tablespoon cranberry compote
- 2 tablespoon cranberries, dried
- 150 g mascarpone
- 120 g natural yourt
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon amaretto
- 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
For decoration:
- some whipped cream
- Cantuccini
- Pistachios
- cinnamon
- sugar

- Roughly crumble the cantuccini pastries.
- Mix the cranberry compote, vanilla sugar and cranberries together.
- Mix the mascarpone with the yogurt, sugar, amaretto liqueur and cinnamon.
- Layer alternately cantuccini - cranberries - mascarpone cream in glasses.
- Garnish with a whipped cream, cantuccini crumbs, chopped pistachios, granulated sugar and cinnamon.
