Ingredients

  • 150 grams sugar
  • 150 g nuts, round
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 50 g chocolate, rated
  • 50 grams flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 2 packs cream stabilizer
  • 1 sachet coffee powder (cappuccino powder) or 6 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar with the eggs until frothy. Add the ground nuts, grated chocolate, flour and baking powder and stir everything well. Pour the mixture into a springform pan (diameter 26 cm) and bake at 170 ° C (fan oven) for 30 minutes.
  2. Let cool and cut and crumble the top layer. Then whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff. Add the cappuccino powder and stir in well. Spread the mixture on the floor and sprinkle with the crumbs.
