Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon low-fat quark
  • 60 g yourt, low-fat
  • 0.5 ½ port. Coffee powder, soluble, sweetened (cappuccino powder), half a cup portion
  • Sweetener, liquid
  • 60 ml Cremefine for whipping
  • 10 small biscuit (s), (amaretti)

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with yoghurt and cappuccino powder and season with sweetener. Beat the cremefine until stiff and fold in. Put 1 amaretti biscuits aside, crumble the remaining amaretti and fold them loosely into the cream.
  2. Pour the cream into a glass and garnish with the cookie that has been put back.
