Cappuccino Martini

Ingredients

• 5 cl espresso
• 5 cl vermouth (Martini Rosso)
• 5 cl liqueur (Kaluha)
• 5 cl Baileys Irish Cream
• 2 dashes Angostura
• ice cubes
• some coffee beans

Instructions

1. Pour all ingredients into the shaker with plenty of ice, shake vigorously. This creates a nice crema. Serve in a chilled martini cocktail glass and decorate with a few coffee beans.
2. Incredible but delicious. So far there has not been anyone who did not think it was great. Also works wonderfully as a summer version of the espresso at the end of a good meal.
