Ingredients

  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 200 g mararine
  • 20 g cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and margarine well until frothy. Then stir in cocoa powder, cappuccino powder, bitter almond flavor (alternatively rum can be used) and milk. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sift over it and stir in briefly.
  2. Put the dough in a greased loaf pan and bake at 175 ° for 40-45 minutes. After baking, let cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then place the cake on a wire rack and let cool down completely.
  3. Dust with powdered sugar before cutting.
