Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi from the refrierated shelf
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500 g cocktail tomatoes, red and yellow
  • 150 g mozzarella (minis)
  • 250 ml Miracel Whip so easy
  • 1 pot basil

Instructions

  1. Fry the gnocchi in olive oil and continue frying over medium heat for approx. 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
  2. Halve the tomatoes and mozzarella balls and mix with the gnocchi. Fold in the Miracel Whip. Pluck the basil leaves and add to the salad. Can be eaten straight away, but is also easy to prepare.
