Ingredients

  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 4 tablespoon sauce, (caramel sauce or alternatively chocolate sauce)
  • 200 g confectionery, (Toffifee)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (top and bottom heat), grease the troughs or put muffin molds in them.
  2. Melt the butter, mix the flour and baking powder and chop the toffifees.
  3. Mix the eggs with the crème fraîche, sugar, caramel or chocolate sauce and butter. Quickly stir in the flour mixture and then fold in the chopped toffifees.
  4. Pour the batter into the metal wells or muffin cups and bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes. Then take it out, let it cool down briefly and take it out of the mold.
