- 50 ml water
- 100 g blueberries
- 1 banana (s)
- 300 ml milk

- Heat the sugar in a pan. As soon as the sugar starts to melt, deglaze with water and mix in the blueberries. Leave in the pan for 2 - 3 minutes and stir, then put in a blender together with the remaining ingredients and process everything into a delicious shake.
