  • 1 pear (s), firm
  • 4 sheet / s puff pastry, frozen, squares
  • 50 g butter
  • 80 g suar, finer, more brown
  • Ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
  • leaves Basil to decorate

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Quarter and core the pear and cut into fine wedges.
  3. Lay out frozen puff pastry squares on a plate. With a sharp knife, cut a 1 cm wide edge all around, not cutting through the corners on 2 diagonally opposite sides.
  4. Now lift one of the corners that have been cut on the inside and place it diagonally on the opposite side. Do the same with the second cut corner. This creates an edge.
  5. Spread small piles of 1 tablespoon each of sugar on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and smooth them out lightly.
  6. Place the frozen puff pastry squares on top and prick the inside of the squares with a fork.
  7. Place the pear wedges on top in a fan shape and spread the pieces of nut and the remaining sugar over them. Bake the tarts for about 30 minutes until golden brown, distribute on plates and serve with ice cream and basil leaves.
