- 200 g strawberries
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cl liqueur (strawberry liqueur), Xuxu

- Clean, wash and quarter the strawberries.
- Caramelize the sugar in a pan. Next add the strawberries and the xuxu and toss briefly once.
- Place on a plate and arrange the two scoops of vanilla ice cream on top of the strawberries.
- Garnish if desired and required.
