For the dough: (insert)

  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon, leveled flour
  • 2 tablespoon, leveled semolina
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare a preserve with butter and flour, add water and cream and bring to the boil.
  2. For the insert, mix all the ingredients together well and pour them into the simmering soup drop by drop.
  3. Sprinkle with parsley.
