Ingredients

  • 500 g penne
  • 250 g bacon (pork belly), diced
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 100 g parmesan, freshly rated
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne al dente with a pinch of salt according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Fry the bacon cubes. Mix the eggs and parmesan. Pour the bacon over the cooked penne, add the egg-parmesan mixture and mix with the pasta. Season with paprika and pepper and bring to the boil again.
  3. Arrange and serve immediately on plates.
