Carbonara with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti – 250 Grams
  • Bacon – 150 Grams
  • Champignons – 150 Grams
  • Cream – 200 Grams (20%)
  • Hard cheese – 200 grams (parmesan)
  • Vegetable oil – 1
  • Basil – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1. Start with the boiled spaghetti.
  2. Cut the bacon into thin strips. We cut the champignons. Fry everything in a pan.
  3. When the mushrooms and bacon are browned, pour the cream into them. Stir and make the fire smaller. We are waiting for the cream to become thick.
  4. Mix the sauce with the cooked pasta and add the basil. Place on a plate.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan on top and serve.
