Ingredients

  • 500 g banana (s), very ripe, weihed with the peel (take less than more!)
  • 140 g mararine
  • 120 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder, sifted together with the flour
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tablespoon rum

Instructions

  1. Puree the bananas. Mix the margarine, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer or in the food processor until frothy. First stir in the eggs one by one, then gradually add the banana puree, the flour with the baking powder, the spices and the rum.
  2. Put the dough in a greased box or wreath form.
  3. Bake at 180º for about 60 minutes.
