Ingredients
- 1 large banana (s), very ripe
- 250 ml milk, 3.5% or 1.5% fat
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon

- Peel the banana and put it in a blender with the milk or mix it with a hand blender to make it frothy. Finally add the cinnamon and mix briefly. Pour into a cold glass with a straw.
- Tip:
- If you want, you can add ice cubes or replace part of the milk with coconut milk.
