Instructions

  1. Core ripe fresh fruits and cut into small cubes. Put all ingredients in a saucepan, puree and simmer without a lid for about 30 minutes. Make a gelling test and possibly let it simmer longer. We like it a little runny, but of course you can let it simmer longer if you like.
  2. In the meantime, the carefully rinsed glasses can be sterilized in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 ° C. Then pour the jam into the prepared twist-off jars, close tightly and place upside down on the lid to cool.
  3. Shelf life approx. 3 months but I cannot guarantee it because it never lasts that long with us.
  4. Makes about 4 glasses

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
