Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Malibu Coconut Rum
  • 0.5 ½ bottle rum, white (Havana Club)
  • 0.5 liter ½ passion fruit juice
  • 0.5 liter ½ orange juice
  • 0.5 liter ½ peach juice
  • 0.5 liter ½ juice (banana juice)
  • 0.5 liter ½ juice (Pina Colada nectar)
  • 3 cans compote (Tropic Mix)
  • 1 can compote (peaches)
  • 2 melon (s) (sugar melons or honeydew melons)
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine, medium dry

Instructions

  1. Strain the compote fruits - collect the juice from them. Let the tropical fruits and peaches infuse overnight in the Malibu, cut small balls out of the melons and let them infuse in the Havana Club.
  2. The next day, mix all the juices and the fruits together with the rum! Chill and fill up with sparkling wine!
