  • 4 port. Fish fillet (s) (carp, approx. 200 g each)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • some lemon juice
  • 4 potato (s)
  • Flour
  • 2 egg whites
  • Oil or clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Drizzle the carp fillets with lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  2. Grate the potatoes. Turn the seasoned fillets one after the other in the flour, egg white and grated potatoes. Heat the oil in a heated pan and slowly fry the fillets in it.
  3. With salad depending on the season.
