Ingredients
- 2 large carrots, finely grated
- 2 medium onion (s), finely diced
- 2 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
- 1 egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon oatmeal, fine
- 3 tablespoon whole grain crumbs
- 50 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon paprika powder
- some herb salt
- some pepper, freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon clarified butter

- Mix and knead all ingredients well. If the mixture is very moist, add some breadcrumbs as well.
- Shape the mixture into 8-10 patties and bake them in the clarified butter.
