Ingredients

  • 125 g reen spelled, crushed
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled vegetable stock
  • 500 g carrot (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • oil
  • 25 g sesame seeds
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the green spelled with the boiling water and the vegetable stock in a saucepan. Let it soak over a low heat for 20 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, finely grate the carrots, finely dice the onion and sauté in the hot oil in a pan. Then mix the green spelled, the sesame seeds and the onion with the carrots well and season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Shape the mixture into 12 patties and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

  5. Drain or squeeze the very moist carrot rasps.
