Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 250 g potato (s)
  • 250 g carrot (s)
  • 200 ml vegetable broth or meat broth
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 8 small grilled sausages
  • 1 dash cream, optional
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into large cubes. Peel, halve and slice the potatoes. Peel and slice or slice the carrots as well.
  2. Sauté the onions in a little oil, then add the potatoes and half of the broth and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Then add the carrots and the rest of the broth. Let simmer for another 10 minutes.
  3. During this time, roast the grilled sausages or grill them in the oven and cut them into pieces. Now add mustard, cream, salt, pepper and sugar to the stew and season to taste. At the end the sausages are added.
