Ingredients

  • 75 g oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 tablespoon herb cream cheese
  • some oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk. Mix the oat flakes with the salt, flour and oil and pour the hot milk over them. Let the mixture swell for 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, grate the carrot and mix it with the cream cheese. Then add to the oatmeal mixture and stir everything together.
  3. Heat some oil in the pan and form patties from the mixture. Then fry until golden brown on both sides at medium temperature.
