Instructions

  1. First peel the parsnip and carrot and cut into french-sized sticks. Mix well with the remaining ingredients in a bowl so that the marinade is well distributed over the vegetables. Now distribute the vegetable sticks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Place in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 30 minutes.
