This healthy and bright drink with rich color and taste is made from available vegetables and fruits, with the addition of honey and water. Carrot-apple smoothie with celery root and honey can be considered both a drink and a light snack.

Ingredients
Carrots – 140 g
Apple – 50 g
Celery root – 30 g
Honey – 50 g (to taste)
Water – 100 ml
Fresh mint (leaves) – for decoration
Directions
Peel and core the apples and cut them into large pieces.
Grate celery and carrots on a fine grater. Fold the prepared apples, celery, and carrots into a blender bowl. Grind with an immersion blender until pureed.
Add honey and water to the blender bowl. (The amount of water depends on the juiciness of the apple and carrot.) Beat everything with a blender for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
It turns out a rather thick fruit and vegetable mass of bright orange color. At this stage, you can adjust the amount of honey to your liking.
Transfer the celery carrot apple smoothie from the blender bowl to the serving glass. Garnish with fresh mint.
Decorate the smoothie glass with a slice of fresh carrots. Serve the vitamin smoothie immediately.
