Ingredients

  • 3 large carrot (s)
  • 3 orange (s)
  • 2 apples
  • 150 g cucumber (s)
  • 0.25 ¼ avocado (s)
  • oat flakes tender, melted flakes, chia seeds or flax seeds, e.g. 1-2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Peel, wash and cut the carrots into pieces (organic vegetables do not have to be peeled). Peel oranges and cut into pieces or squeeze. Wash the apples, remove the core and cut into pieces.
  2. Wash, peel and cut the cucumber. Halve the avocado and spoon the avocado meat out of the shell with a large spoon.
  3. Put the orange and cucumber pieces in the blender first, then the remaining ingredients. Puree everything finely. If it is not liquid enough, add cold water if you like.
  4. The smoothie can be enriched with tender oat flakes, melted flakes, flax seeds or chia seeds.
