- 2 apples, grated
- 2 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon oil, salad oil
- 1 teaspoon herbs, freshly chopped
- some lemon juice, freshly squeezed

- Grate the carrots and apples and drizzle the apples with lemon juice.
- Mix water, sugar, oil, salad herbs and a little lemon juice in a salad bowl. Mix in the grated carrots and apples, season to taste and add some sugar if necessary.
