Ingredients

  • 700 g carrot (s)
  • 1 large apple, (e.g. Braeburn)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ black pepper, freshly ground
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar, (herb vinegar)
  • 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 7 tablespoon oil, (alba oil) *

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the carrots and apple (not too finely).
  2. Mix the ingredients for the dressing with the whisk and mix with the grated carrots and apples. Let it steep for about 30 minutes.
  3. * Alba oil is a Swedish rapeseed oil with butter flavor and gives this salad the kick! Of course, you can also use other oils if you wish.
