Ingredients

  • 5 sausages
  • 500 g carrot (s)
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • broth

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes. Dice the onions and fry them in the butter without turning them color.
  2. Cut the sausages into slices and add to the onions in the saucepan, fill up with the stock and bring to the boil once. Add the remaining ingredients except for the parsley and cook for about 30 minutes.
  3. Season again with salt and pepper. Finally add the parsley.
