Instructions

1. Peel the carrots, cut in half and then quarter lengthways.
2. Dissolve the honey in the olive oil over low heat. Add the carrots, fry them vigorously with salt and pepper from the mill, then simmer with the lid closed over medium heat until the desired firmness is reached.
