  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 4 carrot (s)
  • 2 small apples
  • 1 can tangerine (s)
  • 3 tablespoon natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 dash cream
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper

Instructions

  1. Core the peppers and cut out the white skin, then finely chop or slice and place in a bowl. Clean the carrots, wash or peel the apples. Grate both to the paprika strips. Add the whole can of mandarins with the juice. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl and add.
  2. Let the lettuce stand for about 2 hours before you eat it - then it is perfect.
